The Nopal!
An edible member of the cactus family which produces a spiny fruit called Pricky Pear or Tuna, contains dietary fiber, gum, pectin, calcium, mucilage, A, B1, B2 and B3 Vitamins, beta carotene and proteins.

Because it is mainly composed of dietary fibers it absorbs fats and sugars which are eliminated along with the fiber.
